also two other golf courses Campoamor and Las Ramblas just
5 minutes drive away. There are many safe sandy beaches
in the area which meet EU standards just 6 minutes drive
away. La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Campoamor and Playa Palmeras
with beach bars serving cool drinks , meals and tapas.

The
Villa is fully equipped so nothing to take but your beach
towels. Sleeps 6/7 has two bedrooms one double one twin
with double sofa bed in the lounge, and single underneath
for an extra person. The Villa benefits from air conditioning
it also has a roof top solarium with sun beds, patio table
& chairs, B.B.Q and a shower to cool down when things
get too hot; there is an additional set of patio table &
chairs on the front porch.
The
complex has two pools the large one has ample room for swimming
the smaller one contains 2 Jacuzzis to relax and reflect
on memories of a fantastic holiday at Monte Golf. It is
a quite residential area but in easy reach of all amenities
bars restaurants and supermarkets etc. Just a couple of
local bars worth a visit that serve good food at a reasonable
price Wolfies & Cheers.
The
villa is always cleaned and fitted with clean bed linen
before guests arrive. The main living area is spacious and
offers ample room for dining with an open plan feature into
the well appointed fully fitted kitchen
with a washing machine in the utility room.
As
you can see from the photos below the villa is very comfortable.
With satellite T.V and for safety all windows are double
glazed and benefit from external shutters, security grills
and for peace of mind we have a floor safe in the master
bedroom for safe keeping of your valuables Passports etc.,
Two free standing fans are provided for your comfort.
